A part of me wants to say that can't be real, and the another says yeas it is. Another says that he must have provoked the moderator into banning him somehow and I would like to know what he said/did, the other said this was blatant and wrong. This is just one of those things we don't know the true answer to.

As inappropriate as it was, there is no way he'll be demoted. It's whoever made this video's word against his. And obviously, the moderator has more respect from Xbox then the random player who recorded this. The mod will only deny it anyway.

I know you can't ddos gamertags. But you can ddos IPs which means people would get his IP one way or another and ddos and fuck him up to inches of his measly piece of shit life.

It's a shame though, because there are not many ways of doing that. If they hire moderators to watch over the moderators, its only going to be the same central problem of unfairness. I really think they should allow moderators only to ban if a member has a certain amount of "Report this player"s. This way, a good amount of users will have to agree on the decision. Besides, if a member really should be banned, they probably have been reported by peers anyhow.

Logan, DDOSing someone doesn't do shit. It only blocks their internet connection for a little while, and he can probably change his IP and be back up and running very quickly.

Stepto doesn't go around banning random people, he bans people who are in modded XP lobbies or people who cheat in general. In the video, Nightmare could have been running a lobby (if you notice he's level 70 10th prestige, and everyone else in the party is around the same level/same prestige), and Stepto banned him for that - someone could have modded their gamertag to be "The Pro", the voice & video are out of sync and what's being done in-game != the audio that we are hearing.

Looks pretty fake to me unless The Pro himself comes out and says it was in fact him.

&Aaron, MAC address != IP, might want to fix that, but it is very easy to change your IP. Even if you just set your router to dynamic IP and restart it, that will change it.

If you clone your MAC address your ISP thinks you connected a new router or something and assigns your router a new IP. It works for me anyway.

Yeah. Just don't do it too much. I did it like 3 times in a day once and then my ISP blocked my internet for a bit because we had 'too many connections on our account'. I think what happens is after you clone it it gives you a new IP and it thinks its a new router, and then after time the old one is removed from the account.

I have like 3 pcs, 1 360, and one iPod touch connected to my internet. So yeah Aaron your isp does phail. But besides, all it would take it was time of him getting fucked and then he would change his ip. People would start noticing that it isn't doing anything so they would try to find his new one. And on it would go.

Also one thing I noticed on the video is that when The Pro is on the other team they can still hear his voice and when he goes to the leaderboard (he pressed back) it shows that no one was talking.
